The Fibu team

Our team brings together materials researchers, experienced business developers and entrepreneurs. We combine technical knowledge with commercial experience to develop wood-fibre foam, scale production and bring new products to market.

Working closely with customers and industrial partners, we develop renewable alternatives to conventional foams such as polyethylene (PE), polyurethane (PU), expanded polyethylene (EPE) and expanded polystyrene (EPS). We share a clear goal: to reduce plastic waste and dependence on fossil-based materials by making renewable alternatives practical for everyday use.
